My name is Sally, I live in Essex. I am passionate about using the power of the mind in a positive way to help us live our lives to their fullest potential. I am a trained mental health nurse with over twenty years experience in healthcare and a B.A. Honours Degree in Sociology and Health Studies.
Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a state of highly concentrated awareness to the exclusion of anything else. It is deep relaxation but the person remains alert and awake. They will not do anything they do not want to do. Once the person is in a state of deep relaxation, positive suggestions are given by the hypnotherapist to facilitate change.
